Sew Over It Zoe Dress Pattern

The Zoe Dress is a semi-fitted shift that features princess seams on both the front and back. These seams gently sculpt the dress to your body. Without a waist seam, the design elongates the body and creates a flattering silhouette.  This pattern also includes a french dart to fit the dress at the bust. There is an invisible zip, darts, and many more techniques to learn and add to your repertoire of sewing skills.

Fabric Suggestions For The Zoe Dress

Zoe works best in medium-weight woven fabrics with some structure and body such as:

• Chambray
• Lightweight Denim
• Cotton Poplin,
• Stretch Cotton
• Sateen
• Cotton Lawn
• Lightweight Wool
• Suiting
• Brocades
• Jacquards
• Medium to heavyweight crepes.

It is best to avoid anything too lightweight with lots of drape like Rayon, as these won’t hold the shape of the dress.

Like all Sew Over It patterns, the sizes are nested to make it easier to grade between the sizes, depending on your measurements.
